First and foremost I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to each and everyone of our stakeholders- our corporate and business partners, alumni, and our team who have believed in us and supported us through our journey. While penning this note, as I reflect on the years gone by, it gives me great pleasure to recount some of our milestones that have equipped us to remain at the forefront of the world of recruitment industry.
Since 2002, when JobWorld began to have its operation in Bangalore, I never imagined I would be writing these successful stories. In this letter, I’ll give you my perspective on our progress, the issues we face, and where we’re headed.
As I write this, and reflecting economic hardship, the major market ups & downs due to hard hit recessions, I am quite optimistic about the future, because I believe scarcity breeds clarity: it focuses minds, forcing people to think creatively and rise to the challenge. This, no doubt, allows us, like others in this industry, to take some tough decisions-and we all emerged stronger as a result.
This visibility means we have a responsibility to be transparent & ethical about what we do, to work in partnership with existing clients & industries, and to explain how our moral compass guides us in making hard choices.

We have made significant progress & JobWorld India today is the most preferred destination for a job seeker or a client, we still need to do more. I am all excited about how we can help address some very big opportunities in the recruitment sphere with diversity & including them to leverage this to meet global challenges while meeting the aspiration of all our associates.
Given the tremendous pace of technology that define our way of life, it certainly empowers companies to reduce hiring costs, while delivering on business goals and companies to engage candidates with recruiters and managers. Companies engaged in talent acquisition easily find the right talent for the right job at the right time to achieve compliance, hiring practices, centralize talent data and leverage it across the talent management life-cycle, and respond to business growth objectives – moving beyond achieving hiring process efficiencies.
After writing all this down, I’m amazed by all we have accomplished so far from being a proprietorship firm to a Private Limited Company with an ISO 9001 – 2008 certification. And we are excited by all we still have to do. The trust that you & our associates place in us every day is something we take very seriously. We wouldn’t have been here without all our supporters, users, partners, employees, their families, and everybody else I forgot to mention. Thank you all for joining us on this amazing journey of searching of right candidates, while at the same time keeping Quality, Quantity & Pace in mind.
